DayZ has a lit of points of improvement, but performance as is. Many games would grind to a hault with that kind of gpu if you tried to do hravy shadows, AA and AO. a gtx 1050 ti(notebook variant, i assume) isnt really anything of a powerhouse. You are open to do anything you want, kill innocent people, go to work, watch tv, go to the park, etc.
